cost of antiretrovirals from about £4,000 year to less than £250
for a lucky few of the estimated 3.5 million HIV positive Nigerians.
Condoms for US prisoners
While the Home Office in Britain continues to ignore a potential HIV timebomb
by denying condoms to prison inmates, the Los Angeles Sheriff has quietly
begun distributing condoms to gay inmates in county jails despite the
fact that any sex in prison is considered a felony across California.
"This is a health issue, not a legal issue," he said.
