Doctors and dieticians alike tell us we should eat at least five portions each day of fresh fruit and

vegetables and increase the amount of Omega 3 oils (from oily fish like tuna or sardines) in our diet. Many of us are aware of the anti-bacterial effect of garlic and others know that increasing the amount of boiled rice helps naturally deal with diarrhoea.
