Pampering with aromatherapy oils can really relax
you. Lavender and chamomile are excellent basics. Neroli
essential oil (delicately extracted from the flowers of the Seville orange)
makes a wonderful addition to these two oils, but is expensive (£17.45
from Neal's Yard!). You can substitute it with
orange essential oil, which is
