Victor comes from the richer but more conservative country of Chile. He has only been

here two years. He speaks very little English and originally came on a holiday with his wife and three children.
"I am gay," he says simply, "but was forced to marry 20 years ago by my parents. I was their only son. I led a closet gay life."
In one of those awful triple-whammies that often attend the late-diagnosed, he fell ill on holiday and was diagnosed both with HIV and the cancer lymphoma. This involved the revelation of
