John Mclean Fox writes: "Martyn was a person of great courage, and much loved and respected by his friends. I first met him in 1994 when |
|||||

he started as a volunteer at The Globe Centre, shortly after me. He made
a great impression on us, both from his knowledge and experience of living
with HIV and also from his pragmatic and positive suggestions regarding
the organisation of a charity. He had previously worked in another charity
and carried this experience with him to the Globe. Martyn was subsequently
appointed Director of The Globe Centre when Hong Tan resigned in 1995,
and he held this post until the end of 1996. |
