How often do you consider your feet? I mean, REALLY consider them? For
most of us, days can go by when we hardly even look at them, except to
dry them with a towel and pull on socks or tights. We squeeze them into
uncomfortable shoes and forget about them. However, to a reflexologist,
the feet are the key to understanding and healing the mind, body and spirit,
and need to be treated with care and reverence. |
