I want to see access to proper medical care being consolidated to almost everyone who needs it.
And substantial progress towards a vaccine. In the meanwhile we must ask for a renewed commitment to prevention everywhere - not just among countries but within the specific affected groups. Prevention is not that expensive - it's the will to implement it that counts. To your readers I'd like to offer hope. Believe you me, Aids can become more and more a well-tolerated disease.
