David's lament: "My doctor tells me I'm not ill - but I'm not well either am I? I don't feel in control of my body and I'm scared of what's going on inside. What can I do to help my body fight the virus and stay in control?"
David is 25, single, and has been HIV positive for four years. He has a high CD4 count, and a low viral load. His doctors assure him he is 'stable'. Tired of waiting to get sick, he's just started a three-year college degree course, but playing the 'Watch and Wait' game is driving him crazy. The problem is that David is in limbo. On a continuum of health he has no idea where he lies between A and B, all he knows is that his doctors will tell him once he's reached B!

fighting the virus.
