employer, our partner, our family, even our medication, is likely to do us more harm than good. So how can we let off steam without hurting ourselves or those around us?
How? Exercise and outrage, that's how
Outrage literally prepares our bodies to fight back. Our muscles tighten, our breathing rate and heart rate increase, and our blood pressure rises. Our whole body tightens up like a powder keg ready to explode. Exercise is one of the best ways to release this passion and disperse this powerful energy throughout our body, leaving us feeling strong, energised, in charge and alive again.
Outrage is our passion to live. Whenever our survival is threatened, this emotion is released to energise us, protect us, and help us fight back, or run for our lives. It is a vital emotion, and one to be mastered rather than feared.

If we don't release this emotional tension when we get stressed, the danger is
