destination time and so on. During the changeover, however, your
medicines may
be at slightly
different times to usual.
Example One
Time difference - plus seven hours (example: Thailand, during British
winter time- when it’s midday in London it’s 7pm in
Thailand).
1. Day before travel- take all medicines at usual time (eg.9am/12
noon/9pm)
2. Day of travel- take all medicines three hours early (6am/9am/6pm)
3. Day after landing- take medicines at usual times according to
local time (9am/12 noon/9pm local time)
4. Two days before you travel back to UK - take all medicines two
hours late (eg 11am/2pm/11pm local time)
5. One day before travel take all medicines four hours late (eg
1pm/4pm/1am local time)
6. Day of travel - take all medicines five hours late (eg 2pm/5pm/2am
local time)
7. Day after landing in UK - take medicines at normal UK time (eg
9am/12 noon/9pm)
