fundamental right to query anything suspicious.Organisations are there to serve us and not to be seen to be doing us positive people a favour.
I would now urge members to take advantage of the many free courses in management so that we keep the trustees in check. This will also improve on our ability to remove erring leaders who become fat immediately after winning an election. It also removes unnecessary fears and suspicions as many of these trustees seem to have good jobs and can afford good cars and holidays in Africa with their families.
In conclusion, I would like to appeal to all genuine members of my community with the organisations at heart, to seriously work hard and ensure that these organisations continue to exist. Their extinction will spell doom for us, our children and grandchildren yet to be born.
Let’s learn to respect each other and work for the good of the organisation by being professional and transparent.
